Her ability to multi-task comes from managing reading and technology classrooms and supporting various educational teams for over 3 decades as an educator. Tami is highly educated with multiple bachelor and master degrees from UW-Whitewater, Cardinal Stritch, and UW-Stout. She is also a Radon Certified Specialist through the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) for measurement. Owning several houses herself, having been a real estate professional, and a background in business, Tami understands the stress that goes into the home selling or buying process. Personally Matt & Tami have raised 2 sons with our family moto “that’s what she said” ;O)

BOB GORDEBob was a home inspector with HSH for 4 years and inspected 500+ homes. He has 37 years of experience in residential home remodeling in addition to 28 years of commercial building experience. Bob is nationally certified in radon measurement, is a licensed FAA Part 107 Drone pilot, and carries membership in a number of professional organizations. Bob and his wife Kate raised 4 young men in the Dousman area and they recently became grandparents. Bob in his free time loves doing wood working, spending time in the woods, and enjoys tinkering with cars.

He is also a licensed general contractor, has been involved in all facets of construction over the last 17 years, and flips houses in his free time. Mike and his wife Jen have 2 little girls they are raising in West Allis Wisconsin. Mike also has a degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University. Mike is a licensed FAA Part 107 Drone pilot and is also certified in radon measurement. Mike belongs to a number of professional organizations. Mike, in his spare time is an avid hunter and his family loves spending time outdoors.

He operates his own home inspection company called Bilder Inspections and he works in all of southeastern Wisconsin. Andy has certifications in Radon Measurement, Infrared Imaging, Sewer Scoping, Termite/WDO Inspections, Pool Inspections, and is fully licensed for Drone Piloting. Andy belongs to InterNACHI a professional organization for home inspectors.
